Our own shop and field crew
ONIX welders, fitters and foremen. The core of the job is not subcontracted and does not depend on anyone else's schedule.
Working to code
Procedures qualified before anyone welds, and testing interpreted by a certified inspector. Every joint is backed by a record.

From shop detailing to the final lift. No grey area between whoever fabricates and whoever erects.

The request, the drawings if any, and the site conditions are reviewed.

Engineering
Analysis, detailing and a material list with the tonnage that sets the price.

Qualification
WPS, PQR and qualification of the welders who will run the joints.

Fabrication
Cutting, fit-up, welding and coating in the shop, controlled piece by piece.

Erection
Transport, lifting, alignment and field welding with inspection.

Handover
Testing, the quality dossier and as-built drawings of what was built.

The difference between a structure that looks right and one that gets handed over is the dossier behind it: qualified procedure, qualified welder, and testing interpreted by an inspector. Without that dossier, the steel can be flawless and the job still fails inspection.
