Yes. We interpret the tests and issue the signed report online, over records taken by another team.
It depends on the applicable code, the material and the joint type. It is defined once the project specification is reviewed.
An ASNT-certified inspector. That signature is what turns the test into a document you can put in front of a client or an auditor.
The number and type of joints, material and thickness, the applicable code and the job location.
Turnaround is agreed with the scope: per-joint reports are delivered as testing progresses, and the consolidated report at close-out.
