Assessment, repair, reinforcement, maintenance and coating services for steel structures and tanks in service. Execution is planned around the client's operation: contained shutdown windows, section-by-section sequencing and protection of adjacent equipment.
Scope
Scope is adjusted to the requirements of each project. These are the activities we normally execute within this service.
Thickness readings, corrosion assessment and weld review to determine the extent of the intervention.
Analysis and execution of reinforcement on existing structures whose use or loading conditions have changed.
Plate replacement and floor and shell repair to API 653, with the corresponding testing.
Surface preparation and application of industrial anti-corrosion paint systems.

Not in every case. Much of the intervention is carried out section by section with the plant in operation. Only work that compromises the structure or its contents requires a shutdown, and that is scheduled with the client.
With inspection: thickness readings, corrosion assessment and weld review. That produces the report defining the extent of the intervention and what can remain in service.
Yes. Inspection with thickness readings and its report is contracted separately; repair is a later decision, taken once the diagnosis is available.
