Development of calculations, design reports, fabrication drawings and erection drawings for steel structures, in accordance with AISC. The service can be contracted independently or as the stage preceding fabrication, and is delivered remotely to clients inside and outside Venezuela.
Scope
Scope is adjusted to the requirements of each project. These are the activities we normally execute within this service.
Structural system definition, preliminary sizing and tonnage estimate for budgeting purposes.
Load analysis, modelling and verification of members and connections, with signed design calculations.
Piece detailing, quantity take-offs and erection sequence, in a state fit to be issued to the shop.
Independent verification of calculations and drawings produced by another firm.

Signature of the engineer of record
Yes. Engineering is a standalone service, delivered remotely to any country, without us carrying out the construction.
AISC for structural steel, supplemented by whichever local standard applies to the project.
The preliminary design or architectural drawings, the intended use and the location, from which wind and seismic loads are derived. Where no drawings exist, dimensions and intended use are sufficient.
Over WhatsApp. The request is received in digital format, queries are handled through the same channel, and delivery is digital as well.
Calculations and drawings are delivered signed. If the project requires the structural model or editable files, that is agreed when scope is defined.
