Fabrication, erection and maintenance of storage tanks, vessels and piping systems for industrial applications, in accordance with the applicable specifications and codes. Every joint is backed by the corresponding quality dossier. We have fabricated tanks of up to 15,000 barrels on site.
Scope
Scope is adjusted to the requirements of each project. These are the activities we normally execute within this service.
On-site fabrication and erection of atmospheric tanks to API 650: floor, shell courses, roof and appurtenances.
Vessel fabrication to ASME Section VIII, with procedures qualified to Section IX.
Spool prefabrication, field welding, supports and execution of hydrostatic testing.
Radiography, ultrasonics and leak testing on the joints, interpreted by a certified inspector.
