Storage tank

Fabrication and welding of a storage tank, including joint execution and the application of nondestructive testing in accordance with the technical requirements of the project.

Execution process

The tank is fabricated where it will stand: floor, shell courses and roof are fitted and welded on site, and the joints undergo nondestructive testing before the hydrostatic test.

Flare stack erection

Fabrication, erection, lifting and alignment of a flare stack structure, including welding work and field inspection.

Execution process

The structure is fabricated in sections and raised over a plant in operation: every splice is welded at height and inspected before erection continues.

Industrial steel building structures

Fabrication and erection of industrial steel structures, including columns, trusses, purlins and roofing elements.

Execution process

Execution proceeds in stages: base plates leveled, frames plumbed and torqued, and the roof closed before the building is handed over.
